Mark Polish

One of identical twins, Mark takes on the acting chores to his brother's duties as director in the celebrated co-productions of the Polish brothers.
The former art student first collaborated with his brother on Baja Del Perro, a short about Mexican boxing, which attracted the attention of the Disney company.
Between 1994 and 1996 the brothers penned a trilogy of screenplays beginning with Northfork (which was the last to be filmed).
In 1999 Twin Falls, Idaho won critical attention, which they followed with Jackpot, which won the 2001 Independent Spirit Award.
Mark also acted as a twin cenobite along with his brother Michael in Hellraiser; Bloodline in 1996 and they also appeared in Neil Jordan's The Good Thief.
Recent work includes the concluding part of their trilogy examining the American Dream - Northfork with James Woods and Darryl Hannah.
