A grim futuristic thriller set around greed and lucrative organ transplants. Eric Roberts stars as a dad who agrees to sell his body to a company harvesting human organs to get cash for a vaccine to save his son. But he doesn't make the hospital in time, his son dies and the body parts are wanted immediately. Cary Elwes is cool and deadly in a villainous role, but the creaky special effects let the film down.
