Shakes the Clown

The teetering career of boozed-up clown Shakes (Police Academy's Bobcat Goldthwait) comes to an end when a shifty colleague frames him for murder. Evil jester (and part-time coke dealer) Binky (Tom Jenny) lays the blame of the bowling pin slaugher of clown manager Mr Cheese (Paul Dooley) on the barely coherent Shakes...and it's up to the funnyman to escape the rap. Bitumen black dark humour. Look out for Robin Williams in an unbilled cameo.
