A friendly ranch owner (Dan Haggerty) who looks after various animals --- including a llama and a lion --- is threatened with eviction unless he can raise a large sum of money. A group of vicious bikers in black kidnap him but he's freed. Three kids who use the ranch for biking training strike a deal that their team will beat the bikers' team of youths in a motocross race --- winner keeps all the land. Their coach is Evan Reed (Lorenzo Lamas) whose daughter won many a race herself. Then one of the good guys breaks his arm, but the kids' seceret weapon is a motorcycling chimp! Then their bikes are stolen in the night. Can they still save the day? A very weak script is among the many things that let this movie down. Scenes are as a basic as they come, and acting over the top from the raucously laughing villains. Strictly for action-loving young boys.
