Here's a busy spoof that takes pot shots at Lethal Weapon, Basic Instinct, The Silence of the Lambs, Star Trek and even Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Samuel L Jackson and Emilio Estevez are bungling cops, while William Shatner and Tim Curry play the villains. And there are amusing turns by Whoopi Goldberg, Bruce Willis and F Murray Abraham (very good as Hannibal Lecher). The result is jolly, untaxing fun. Bond girl Denise Richards makes her screen debut.
