A decent, if predictable made-for-cable TV movie about an innocent man caught up in events outside his control. Tim Matheson is only moderate as an architect whose luck runs out the day his partner pays a bribe to secure them a lucrative city council contract but Donald Sutherland excels as a sleazy private-eye with a nasty sideline in blackmail.
