A bit of an oddity. Anthony Perkins is in hiding in the Venezuelan jungle after a political uprising in which his father was killed. There, while searching for gold, he runs into fey Audrey Hepburn who can communicate with nature and is seen as an evil spirit by the local natives. It all comes across as a little strange and, without giving the plot away, the ending is inconclusive rather than enigmatic, the latter being the effect director Mel Ferrer was presumably aiming for. Curiosity value only.
