Yet another damsel-in-peril-from-serial-killer chiller that has a high body count and several genuine moments of suspense. What it also has, to its detriment, are several characters who insist on doing the most stupid things to put their lives in jeopardy. You know the sort of thing - wandering alone into spooky houses while a killer's still on the loose, etc... Rosanna Arquette proves adept in the scream stakes and Anthony Perkins, in one of his last roles, acquits himself well as a sinister, raincoated private-eye. Pretty much above average for this sort of TV movie thriller.
