Remember that strange, hairy, bright-orange creature (no, no, not Chris Evans) who used to dominate ITV's Saturday schedules back in the late Eighties? His name was ALF (which stood for Alien Life Form) and he'd crash-landed into a suburban garage and the householders were forced to keep him from the authorities. Well, here he's got his own telemovie. This time he's been taken in by the military and he seems to have taken them in - playing poker and eating pizzas as if they're going out of fashion. But one man wants the feisty little creature exterminated. It stars Ed Begley Jr but look out too for Martin Sheen. Good fun.
