Flop James Stewart comedy, which deserves its obscurity, in which he's a music fan who joins the real-life orchestra of Horace Heidt. The original American title Pot O' Gold is the name of the radio prize show Stewart proposes for the band - a real show of its day. Worth a look, perhaps, for the novelty of Stewart singing (quite badly) and playing the harmonica. Paulette Goddard, Charles Winninger and Mary Gordon head a pleasant cast who do their darndest to raise the level of obstinately flat material that isn't worthy of the star.
