John Megna

The child actor's success aged seven in a Broadway production of All The Way Home led to his being cast in the class To Kill A Mocking Bird.
The son of a chemist and former night club singer, Megna played the toothy young summer visitor Dill Harris in the anti-racist movie.
Subsequent roles included an uncredited appearance in Godfather Part II and The Boy in the Plastic Bubble with a young John Travolta.
He starred alongside Burt Lancaster in the action drama Go Tell It To The Spartans and Smokey and the Bandit II.
His last appearances included Hal Needham's The Cannonball Run in 1981 with Burt Reynolds and Roger Moore.
