A weakly scripted comedy that centres on a group of jailbirds who win at the stockmarket game, thanks to the talents of Robert Carradine's stockbroker who's doing time for his crooked boss. He and his fellow prisoners win lots of (paper) lucre and establish a multi-million dollar company called, guess what, Con Inc. That is the level of humour throughout and the only saving grace is Malcolm McDowell as a camp blond prison warder. Even if the production values are quite good, don't buy this turkey.
