An environmentally friendly, offbeat thriller with some good supporting performances, notably from Bo Svenson and Lance Henriksen. A scientist (Stephen Collins), while experimenting with sound energy, accidentally stumbles upon a conspiracy to dump industrial waste, both dangerously and illegally. Good aerial sequences highlight the subsequent action of this food-for-thought drama, whose dialogue has the occasional silly line that action fans will be happy to overlook.
