Jurywoman Demi Moore finds herself and her son intimidated by the hitman (Alex Baldwin) who committed the murders for which his Mafia boss (Tony Lo Bianco) finds himself on trial. With feeble acting and zero tension, this is tedious stuff, although Baldwin and Demi Moore at least make themselves intelligible, which is more than can be said for Anne Heche as Moore's doctor friend who falls victim to Baldwin's silky psycho. The 1994 Joanne Whalley thriller Trial by Jury has the same plot.
