Sylvester Stallone and James Woods are CIA blast men - 'the rigger and the trigger' - who fall out and become enemies in this mediocre action thriller.

The main body of the plot concerns Sharon Stone's attempts (through Stallone) to take revenge on the Miami mobsters for whom Woods just happens to be working.

Stallone gives his usual monosyllabic performance and Stone takes her clothes off a lot.

Rod Steiger is wasted and John Barry is encouraged to supply a sub-Bondian score.

If you like loud action movies then this will be right up your street, but it's a pretty poor effort considering the talent involved.
