Charlie and Itchy (the voices of Charlie Sheen and Dom DeLuise) are two mutts sent from doggy Heaven to retrieve a precious horn. But Charlie takes a shine to tasty Irish setter Sasha La Fleur (Sheena Easton). A disappointing sequel, but it's quite fun as a cartoon time-passer and younger kids may enjoy it.
