For this horror sequel to 1978's Piranha,James Cameron debuts as the director for a story similar to the first, only this time the piranhas can fly! Set in a luxury Club Med resort the story focuses on marine biologist Anne Kimbrough (Tricia O'Neal) who earns her keep by teaching rich tourists to scuba dive. But when the holiday makers start to get eaten and a shifty biochemist (Steve Marachuk) is seen hanging around a sunken ship, Anne starts to get suspicious. The effects and script are poor but the gore level will keep horror fans entertained. .
