Set in London, this top live-action doggy movie has English fashion designer Joely Richardson and American computer game designer Jeff Daniels brought together by the love between their Dalmatians. Glenn Close is gloriously evil as Joely's boss, Cruella De Vil, who is soon after their puppies. She delivers her wonderful lines with panache, the canines have charm and this is terrific family entertainment.
