Good to have Sharon (Cagney) Gless back in action as a police psychologist who uncovers a web of exploitation and murder when a girl confesses to a killing. The story may be far-fetched, but director David Greene handles the flashback structure effectively in a tense and gripping TV movie thriller distinguished by a sturdy Gless portrayal.
