Set in what the Australians call a 'dead letter office', where all lost and misdirected post is dealt with, this well-acted romantic comedy has a lot of poignant charm. Alice (Miranda Otto), who's been trying to contact her long-lost father for years, finds a job at the local DLO. There, she meets Chilean exile Frank (George DelHoyo). There's a feast of good acting in this sweetly attractive, rewarding romantic film, and the chaotic sorting office is a joy to behold.
