Angie Harmon

Born: August 10 1972
Where: Dallas, Texas, USA

The former model is best known for her role as Assistant District Attorney Abbie Carmichael in the hit TV drama Law & Order.

At the age of 15 she beat off the challenge of 63,000 entrants to win Seventeen magazine's cover model contest.

She made her feature debut in the independent movie Lawn Dogs opposite Sam Rockwell.

Recent work has included a CIA "handler" in the children's comedy Agent Cody Banks.

Upcoming projects include Bob the Butler with John Cleese and Craig Ferguson.
