Maverick air force major Dolph Lundgren takes on a gang of terrorists who've taken over a nuclear missile silo. Ex-marine colonel Michael Sarrazin launches a warning shot, sending off a Peacekeeper missile that destroys Mount Rushmore. Sarrazin then calls President Roy Scheider, demanding that he kill himself on live TV or the two remaining missiles will be targeted on Washington DC. Can lieutenant-colonel Montel Williams help Dolph save the day? Okay, it's preposterous and it's cut down to a strict budget when it needs one of Hollywood's biggest spending productions, but this is still an entertaining action adventure movie, with the lads going through the motions with all they've got. If you like Dolph, this has plenty of pecs appeal.
