William Shatner rides again - but in a car not the familiar old spaceship. He's policeman TJ Hooker now, in a pilot for the TV series of the Eighties - and has to train a load of new cops. However, he's going through a divorce and grieving for his dead partner, so life's not fun. Adrian Zmed is one of the cops who became a regular on the series as Vince Romano, but there's no Heather Locklear to feast your eyes on here yet. Average TV crime fodder from the days before Shatner started sending himself up in nearly every TV and cinema role.
