Kelly McGillis, far from such glories as Top Gun and Witness, jumps on the TV movie bandwagon as a cop on the trail of a serial murderer, in this formula killer-thriller. Despite the best efforts of Bruce Dern and David Keith to give the drama some weight, this will be familiar territory for most thriller fans with no new twists and turns. The tall, solid McGillis is at least pretty convincing as a policewoman, and you'll find the telefilm a competent time-passer, providing you don't set your expectations too high.
