A Las Vegas call-girl (Shannon Whirry) leaves town when one of her friends is found murdered. She takes the dead girl's name in order to build a new life and keep custody of her child fathered by a former client. But then she becomes the victim of a stalker. Enlisting the help of her former madam (Maud Adams) and a detective (Timothy Bottoms), she re-enters the Las Vegas underworld to investigate. This seedy, low-life erotic thriller, which includes simulated sex scenes, drug abuse and strong language, is given a lift by an unexpectedly strong cast, which also includes Malcolm McDowell and Joseph Bologna.
