The former model has appeared in movies ranging from the controversial low-budget The Principles of Lust to Richard Curtis's Love Actually.
The daughter of Cuban guitarist Isaac Guillory, she studied at the New World School of Art as well as the Paris Conservatoire.
Her first acting job was aged 16 in the TV adaptation of Jilly Cooper's Riders and she went on to star in the short The Future Lasts a Long Time with Samantha Morton.
Aged 20 she was signed up for Select Models and worked on campaigns for Armani and Dolce & Gabbana as well as being the face of Hugo Boss fragrance.
Roles followed in the short The Rules of Engagement (writtten by chatshow host Johnny Vaughn) and the thriller Sorted with Jason Donovan.
Guillory starred alongside Luke Goss in Two Days, Nine Lives and the comedy thriller Kiss, Kiss, Bang Bang.
TV work followed, including Take A Girl Like You with Rupert Graves, before she got her big screen break in the sci-fi thriller The Time Machine.
In Love Actually she played Colin Firth's philandering girlfriend and she also portrayed a single mum in Penny Woolcock's hardhitting The Principles of Lust.
Returning to TV, she played Helen in Helen of Troy alongside Rufus Sewell and Cathy in the Simon Nye comedy Beauty opposite Martin Clunes.
Upcoming projects include Resident Evil: Apocalypse with Milla Jovovich and Poolhall Prophets with Ving Rhames and Vinnie Jones.
