A cheap, made-for-cable action movie that fails to live up to its high-minded ambitions. A right-wing militia group dedicated to the overthrow of the US Government has stolen three biological warheads. Enter special agent Ethan Carter (Dean Cain), who is assigned to infiltrate the group and scupper their plans. Stacy Keach co-stars as the leader of the terrorist group. Lame-brained trash, this is for shoot 'em up aficionados only.
