In this big comeback movie, Steven Seagal's demoted to traffic cop but soon he's on the trail of $5million of heroin pinched from his precinct's vaults. It's an acceptable, fast-paced thriller with enough action, stunts and explosions to thrill action fans. Rap artist DMX adds some muscle as a fellow cop, Anthony Anderson is an asset as his sidekick and Tom Arnold provides laughs as a TV frontman. After Under Siege, Seagal's best movie. Seagal hurt his knee jumping from a car but kept filming.
