Enjoyable fantasy about sci-fi comic-book obsessed teenager Zach (Jason James Richter) who finds himself outcast from his town when his UFO sightings video is discovered to be faked. But his troubles really start when he actually does see some flying saucers and comes to realise that an alien invasion is imminent. With no-one believing his stories, apart from fellow college student Kara (Melissa Galianos), he must try to find the author of his favourite graphic novels, the reclusive M K Ultra (Gordon Currie), who's work seems to uncannily reflect actual alien activity as it happens. Star Wars' Mark Hamill makes a brief cameo appearance as an alien conspiracy nut held in a mental institution.
