This tough straight-to-video actioner is cut strictly to formula and has all the usual shoot-outs, chases and an explosive finale. In other words, you've seen it all before. The story is about the US president losing the briefcase which allows him control of America's nuclear arsenal. It all runs like a very poor imitation of a Bond movie. What is surprising is that a quality cast, which includes Roy Scheider (as the prez), Maria Conchita Alonso and Michael Biehn, doesn't help the film at all. Fast-moving, mindless thrills for the undemanding.
