The plot is no great strain on the brain - martial arts expert Chuck Norris (with a little help from his friends) takes on wicked Christopher Lee and his henchmen and demolishes the lot. But the movie is an expertly crafted piece of kung foolery designed to showcase former world karate champion Chuck, and director Steve Carver - a graduate of the New World School of exploitation film-making - displays a good eye for high-kicking action and even succeeds in making the usually monolithic Mr Norris look dramatically quite lively.
