A cautionary tale for all career-minded people. When the illegitimate child of Mike (Tony LoBianco) moves in to stay with her father and his wife, Terry (Linda Lavin), their happy money-orientated lives are disrupted. Conrad Bromberg's teleplay - from a story by Dieter-Phillipe Abt and Bromberg himself - never really paints a convincing scenario and the film borders on the pat.
