Dyan Cannon, though a familiar figure on the big screen, is not an actress one associates with the world of TV movies. Here, however, she plays the title role in a hard-hitting drama based on fact, as a woman called upon to appear before a special investigation into crime in America over 20 years ago. The film deals with the way in which she became a gangster's `moll' - associated with the notorious racketeer Bugsy Siegel (played by Harvey Keitel).
