Here Fuller provides non-stop excitement in a story about a submarine on a secret mission in the Arctic Circle, with an explosive climax as two submarines stalk each other through the depths - one intent on ramming the other. Richard Widmark stars. Heroine Bella Darvi, along with Inger Stevens, Gia Scala and Pier Angeli, was one of those tragic European actresses who ended their own lives after tasting success in Hollywood.
