The medical profession takes another torpedo amidships in this rudely irreverent comedy. I treasure the memory of Peter Sellers, as the money-mad, nurse-mad head of the hospital, inspecting the coke machine, which doesn't actually give out coke but vomits the money into his private office. `A dollar twenty-five,' he muses, looking at the `take' ... `I'll have to put more salt in the water'.
