A Basic Return For Stone
After some serious arguing about how much money she was owed for doing literally nothing, the star of Basic Instinct has agreed to appear in the movie's sequel.
Sharon Stone had opened a £9m lawsuit against the producers of Basic Instinct 2 after the project failed to get off the ground.
The Hollywood diva claimed that she turned down a role in the Adam Sandler comedy Mr Deeds because she believed that she would be filming the raunchy sequel to Paul Verhoeven's 1992 erotic thriller.
Producers Mario Kassar and Andrew Vanja retaliated by claiming in the court papers that Ms Stone's set demands were 'outrageous'.
The trio have now put aside their differences and plan to start filming on the oft-delayed project as soon as possible.
Sharon explained: "The producers are putting the film together. It's a terrific script."
The star also admits she may once again take off her clothes for the role.
"I think, 'Does anybody want to pay $12 to see me naked?'" the 46-year-old said. "I'm like, 'I guess it's OK.'"
