This Week On Sky Box Office
Tune into Sky Box Office as this week sees a bounty of terrific films coming your way this week including the one and only Sly as monosyllabic hero, Rambo. But if bloodthirsty action is not what you're after, we've got a plethora of fab films to keep you entertained!
Holed up in Thailand, offering boat rides and collecting snakes for the locals, John Rambo is living out the remainder of his existence in isolation. That is, until a band of Christian aid workers ask for a lift into Burma, home of the world's longest running civil war. A super-violent film that harks back to the action of the 80s, Stallone's other monosyllabic hero still packs a punch in a thoroughly entertaining, though extremely bloodthirsty movie few thought would succeed.
Daniel Day-Lewis delivers a towering performance as venal oil baron Daniel Plainview in There Will Be Blood. Paul Dano is the flamboyant preacher who plagues him for a lifetime after an act of duplicity when the two men first crossed paths. Director Paul Thomas Anderson has forged a gut-wrenching fable of grasping megalomania in turn-of-the-century California.
Plus we've got Untraceable, In The Name Of The King and The Diving Bell & The Butterfly.
