When 12 year old surfer Kristen Stewart was cast in Panic Room opposite Jodie Foster, she could not contain her excitement.

"When I got Panic Room I'm like, 'Oh my God that's huge! It's bigger than huge.' I was kind of freaked out at first," she exclaimed.

Kristen had only appeared in one film previously, The Safety of Objects, but has never looked back since her big screen break.

She worked on Catch That Girl, directed by Julianne Moore's husband Bart Freundlich, and most recently has starred as part of an ensemble cast in Cold Creek Manor, opposite Sharon Stone, Stephen Dorff, Denis Quaid, Juliette Lewis and Christopher Plummer.
