Fans of Friends will spot the pairing of Ross's dad (Elliott Gould) with Rachel's Mum (Marlo Thomas) in this indie teen comedy drama. Their daughter Claire (Alicia Witt) is a classical pianist, which doesn't seem to stop her partying every night and bumping into a possible new love (Ivan Sergei). It's a crowded film that doesn't get too close to its characters, but is still lively, funny and touching in parts. Also starring Harvey Fierstein, Brooke Langton.
