A touching true story ably performed by Kirstie Alley and Delroy Lindo, who play mentally challenged sweethearts. When their institution closes, they're thrown out into the world and defy the expectations of the authorities with their ability to raise a family. Flashbacks are saddening, but there's an air of hope throughout. Rosemary Dunsmore and Kevin Duhany co-star.
