A Euro-thriller full of plot.
Melanie Griffith looks tired and old as Sarah, an American living in Paris with her young lover, Jack (Hugh Dancy).
Sarah works for nasty George (Art Malik), who has some unexplained hold over her, and her work involves delivering valuable items to rich, dodgy clients.
Jack meets an American student, Jenny (Rachael Leigh Cook), and is, again pretty unbelievably, lovestruck, given that no chemistry between the two is at all visible.
However, Sarah is in trouble with a heavy mob and Jack decides to risk his relationship with Jenny to save Sarah.
It may all sound a little unlikely and could have you reach the end of the film shouting 'They would never have done that in real life! '.
