Sky Movies Classics

This 1967 classic sci-fi nonsense was originally released in Japan under the catchy title Kingukongu no gyakushu.

The plot is of very little importance on this occasion but, in case you were wondering, King Kong is brought in by an evil ruler to dig for precious gems when the robot Mecha-Kong is unable to complete the task. This leads to the machine and the real Kong engaging in a tremendous battle that threatens to level the whole of Japan.

Other than the awe-inspiring battle scenes, you've got to love the way it was dubbed.
