Glory Road

Josh Lucas plays the newly-appointed coach of a Texan college basketball team in 1965 who rocks the establishment when he creates a racially-integrated squad - the Texas Western Miners - to take on the might of Kentucky into the national championship. Trivia: Lucas put on more than 40 pounds to play the role.
