Iain Robertson

The actor first attracted attention when he won a Scottish BAFTA for the part of Lex in Gillies MacKinnon's Small Faces.
He starred in his first play at the age of 12 before attending the Sylvia Young Theatre School and making his big screen debut in Ghost Dance with Robbie Coltrane.
After Small Faces, he appeared in the children's TV series Grange Hill before returning to the big screen in Plunkett & MaCleane and The Debt Collector.
He starred alongside Max Beesley and Neil Morrissey in The Match and also landed a role in the Steven Spielberg produced Band of Brothers.
Recent work has included the Scottish comedy thriller One Last Chance with Jamie Sives.
Industry rumour suggests that Robertson is also to play Deep Purple guitarist Ritchie Blackmore in the biopic Telstar.
