Love Actually World Premiere

Hugh Grant's latest rom-com has been well received after the World Premiere in Manhattan, New York.

Grant was there with fellow cast members Martine McCutcheon, Bill Nighy, Alan Rickman, Emma Thompson and Colin Firth.

Laura Linney caught the eye more than most.

The movie is the latest from Four Weddings And A Funeral writer Richard Curtis about a number of different love stories hence a very large cast of well known Brit faces, including Keira Knightley and Liam Neeson.

In one story, hugh Grant plays the Prime Minister in love with a member of staff and in another Colin Firth plays a writer who escaoes to the south of France to mend a broken heart.

Other well-known stars at the event included Top Gun and E.R. star Anthony Edwards, Salman Rushdie and Emma Thompson's other half Greg Wise.
