We have French director Luc (Fifth Element) Besson to thank for writing and producing this top-gear comedy about a wacky taxi driver (Samy Naceri) drafted in to help the cops chase German bank robbers around Marseilles. Forget the back-of-a-postage-stamp plot, and the drecky dialogue, watch only for tiger-in-its-tank action and amusingly zany performances. Very, very daft but entertaining, lively and short, it's one to hail.
