A cross between All the President's Men and Clueless as two ditzy teenage girls who are dog-walkers become involved in the Watergate bugging scandal that brought down president Richard Nixon. The result proves to be a very funny blend of political satire and teen farce from writer/director Andrew Fleming. Michelle Williams and Kirsten Dunst give stellar, convincing performances as the film's air-headed heroines, and they're absolutely hilarious all the way. Dan Hedaya is hysterical as Nixon, Saul Rubinek is a hoot as foreign secretary Henry Kissinger, and everyone else's characters are exaggerated but just right.
