The Predator aka Kevin Peter Hall

Kevin Peter Hall was the man behind the mandibles for the two Predator movies, and given his size – 7'4" – it's of little surprise that his initial career was in basketball.

He lost interest in the sport in his 20s, and ended up appearing in several Hollywood movies.

His height may have restricted his casting options, but Kevin wasn't always the bad guy, featuring in the title role of Bigfoot And The Hendersons, opposite John Lithgow.

Tragically, Kevin contracted the AIDS virus from a blood transfusion shortly before filming Predator 2, and sadly died a year later.
