Liam Neeson as Rob Roy, Alfred Kinsey and Oscar Schindler
Liam Neeson. The man the retired form acting, only to pop up in a rubbish Star Wars film and spend to next 10 years trying to erase it from his DCV by making as many more films as possible.
The recent Kinsey, in which Neeson plays the legendary sexologist, is the third time the Irishman has played a real-life character.
His work as Michael Collins, the Irish revolutionary leader, Neeson came in for much criticism for glamourising the IRA.
But the same could not be said, however, for his performance as Oscar Schindler, the man that helped save the lives of several hundred Jews in the ghettos of Krakow.
